CILT ESTABLISHES CAMEROON BRANCH

We are very pleased to announce the official launch of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (CILT) Cameroon branch. Launched on 14th November, the event was attended by special guest of honour, Chief Teete OWUSU-NORTEY, FCILT, along with a prominent group of panellists from CILT and our Women in Logistics and Transport forum (WiLAT).

An impressive milestone in CILT history, the Cameroon branch serves as the first francophone country to launch under CILT International since 1919. The event also saw the launch of WiLAT Cameroon, which now joins the WiLAT network as their 40th territory.

Congratulations to Dr. Albert Njamen Njanke, CMILT, CILT Cameroon President, and his team on the successful establishment of CILT Cameroon and to WiLAT Global for their continued growth in promoting the status of women within the industry and for championing diversity and inclusion.

CILT Cameroon joins our global network of logistics and transport branches and territories, connecting over 38,000 members in 40 countries. We are proud to be a leading authority within the logistics and transportation sector and we are confident that the establishment of CILT Cameroon will bring many opportunities and benefits to the country, whilst helping to shape the future of the transport, logistics and supply chain sector.
